Ms. Xia became a Supervisor of the Company in January 2006, and the Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee of the Company in March 2006. Ms. Xia served as the State Council’s representative in CLIC, Designated Supervisor of bureau level grade official and Office Director of the Supervisory Committee of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation from August 2003 to December 2005. Before, Ms. Xia had 16 years of work experience in the State Ministry of Finance relating to economic and financial management and 6 years of working experience as the State Council’s representative in the supervisory board of state-owned important financial institutions. Ms. Xia graduated from the Department of Economics at Xiamen University in 1982 and received a BA degree in Politics and Economics. She graduated from the Department of Economics at Xiamen University in 1984 and received a MA degree in World Economics.
