Mr. Heng is the Company Secretary of the Company. Mr. Heng has been a practising accountant in Hong Kong since 1983 and is currently the Managing Partner of Morison Heng. Prior to that, he served as the Manager of the Finance Department of Ka Wah Bank Ltd. and as an Audit Supervisor of Peat Matwick Mitchell & Co. in the United Kingdom. Mr. Heng is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and has over 18 years of experience in serving as company secretary of listed companies in Hong Kong.
